The angels are using this monthly energy to send us guidance and suggestions so we can make the most of our life's path and accomplish our dreams, goals, and soul's mission.

It’s December, the final month of the year.
It's time to tie up all those loose ends and enjoy the end of yet another trying year.
Right?
Next year is going to be “my” year!
Well… that is not quite how it works this month.
This is why, when it comes to the angel number energy of each month, I find December to be perhaps the most interesting and rewarding.
That is...
If you can accept, embrace, and submerge yourself in its unique energy.
Not the Energy We Expect
You see, although December is the last month of the year, the energy of the angel number 12 is urging you to plant the seeds of new beginnings and fresh starts. It is pushing you to step into a new phase of life and begin making your future dreams and goals happen now – not after the new year begins.
December carries the energy of beginnings, not of endings.
This means that just as we approach the end of the year and have our sights set on completion, the month’s energy urges us to forget all that and prepare for what's next. And more importantly, figure out what you want to come next and focus on it.
The Energy of Angel Number 12
The energy of this month is comprised of two numbers carrying opposite and opposing energies.
Angel number 1 — new beginnings, independence, forward movement
Angel number 2 — intuition, partnership, patience, sensitivity
What is exciting, though, is that the coming together of these opposing energetic forces results in a very balanced and amazing number of hope and possibility.
Then, like icing on a cake, when you add the sum (1 + 2 = 3), you get the angel number 3. And this already positive and helpful energy is topped off by the energy of optimistic, joyful manifestation. And sprinkled with a heaping spoonful of divine protection.
Therefore, the energy of the angel number 12 brings the simultaneous and often opposing energies of:
endings and beginnings
reflection and forward movement
letting go and dreaming ahead
reaping the harvest and planting new seeds
All in all, the energy of the angel number 12 is about growth - urging us to use our past experiences to push us forward, keeping what is useful and letting go of the rest, with the realization that our past creates our present but does not define it.
So, even though December is the last month of the year, it is not about tying up loose ends and finishing up the goals from the prior year; it is about preparing for what you are already in the process of manifesting.
Your spiritual journey, life path, dreams, and goals are parts of your soul's garden. And this month is when you want to clear out the old, dried-out, and withered parts of the past and begin planting new seeds.
There's a Catch
But, in a way, there is a catch.
As you release the past and plan and prepare for the next phase, you are asked to do so in complete faith. You do not know what will happen or how things will work out. So December is a time for believing, trusting, having complete faith, and taking risks.
The energy of the angel number 12 asks us to create dreams and goals and strive to reach them with faith. Because its energy is about planting seeds and, without a doubt, knowing they will eventually break through the earth and grow into what they are meant to be.
At the same time, this energy pushes us to let go of the past and free ourselves from anything that might hold us back from moving forward and growing. Whenever you plant seeds, you need to clear out the old plants and weeds that may stifle or suffocate the new growth.
Here in the northern hemisphere, December's days are short. We spend more time this month in darkness than in any other month of the year. This is symbolic of the energy of the angel number 12. You are being asked to plan and prepare, to take risks and be open to new opportunities, but you must do so blindly - or in the dark - so to speak.
Yet, just as we know, the sun will come up each morning, and soon, the days will become longer; the seeds you plant this month will grow and blossom into unimaginable beauty - if you are open to and allow it.
The seeds nestled in their warm, dark soil have no idea what awaits them once they emerge from the comfort of the ground, but they continue on their path of growth to fulfill their purpose. Fully embracing the opportunity to transform and emerge into their final form despite the risk of exposure it will eventually have.
The Angels are Asking You to Do the Same
Grow, take risks and chances that nourish you and your dreams, and do so in complete faith. Do this now so you can head into the new year ready and prepared to reach your full potential and emerge from the comfort and safety of the world you know to complete your soul's mission.
It is time to reach for the stars, believe, and take active steps toward having the prosperous, abundant, and joyful life you are meant to have and deserve.
Remember that you do not need to worry as you put yourself and your dreams out there. The angel number 12 brings the energy of divine protection. It is safe to step out of your comfort zone and operate under blind faith, as you are loved and protected throughout it all.
So, go forth this month with faith, optimism, and positive thinking. Use your natural talents and skills, be creative and confident, and believe in yourself and what you can and will do.
There is no time for doubt this month. Your best bet is to focus on ensuring the seeds in your soul's garden are healthy and well taken care of. Because now is the time to let them (and you) flourish.

December 12 (12/12) - Opportunity is knocking!
In addition to the energy of the December Angel Number energy, there is the energy of December 12th (12/12) to look forward to this month. This is an extremely powerful energy of manifestation that comes from faith and positive thinking. It is an opportunity you don't want to miss out on. Tap into your spiritual connection and inner wisdom on this day to ensure you are on the path to manifesting your biggest of dreams with positive intentions and expectations. Don't let this time pass you by - as the energy of negative thinking has almost just as much power to manifest as does the positive you are meant to put out into the universe.

December 21 (12/21) -
This day also carries a strong energy of opportunity and manifestation that results from faith and positive thinking. However, on this day, you will benefit even more by looking within, exploring your inner world, and seeking to discover what keeps you from faith, expectancy, and optimism on a daily basis. The future is coming - this energy and practice will make sure you are heading toward the future you desire.
December 21st – Winter (and Summer) Solstice:
We’re at the end of the year, which means it is time for the Solstice. Depending on which hemisphere you live in, you will either experience the longest night of the year or the longest day as the Earth begins its yearly rotation on the other side of the sun. For those of us in the northern hemisphere, it will be the Winter Solstice and will mark the coming of longer and brighter days, whereas those in the southern hemisphere will be experiencing their Summer Solstice.
This is an extremely spiritual and auspicious time that connects and unites all of us in love and light.

The final Mercury Retrograde of 2024 continues until December 15th in Sagittarius.
The energy of rest and reflection during the retrograde may seem to conflict with the vibrations of angel number 12 this month. However, just as Mercury appears to be moving backward in the sky, this conflicting energy is merely an illusion. No matter how slow things may seem, everything you do, think about, focus on, and plan for is still being set in motion. It just might not feel that way until Mercury goes direct.
Remember, the energy of angel number 12 is about manifesting in faith, but it is the darkest time of manifestation. It is the seed stage. So you can't really see what is going on. You have to allow faith, love, and acceptance to guide you.
While Mercury is in retrograde, old memories and unresolved aspects of your past may resurface. However, it's important to remember that things may not be as they seem. Therefore, you should tap into your faith. As you engage in the necessary clearing, releasing, and healing processes, trust that everything is unfolding in divine perfection.
Because you are not doing this alone.
This isn't just any kind of faith, though. This is the kind of faith we need while operating within complete darkness, knowing we are protected and safe and things are going as they are meant to. And you don't need to worry about any of it.
To understand the faith I am talking about, think back to when you were a kid. This is the faith you already know, the faith you have always had, the spark within you that never doubts, questions, or wonders. It is simply a knowing you have always had that there is something greater than at work here. And all is going as it should. You are safe to go enjoy your life.
Remember and fall back on this child-like, purely innocent faith that once came to you so easily - before the doubt about what you know kicked in and made you forget.
You can feel it now, right? As I talk about it, the feeling is coming back. That's exactly it! Embrace that feeling and trust your innate, instinctual faith. Allow yourself to be filled with the joy, love, and optimism that come from the pure, untainted faith you had as a child.
Plant the seeds and ensure the areas around your new seeds are clean and clear as you heal and release old aspects of your energy that are no longer useful. Believe in yourself and in the process you are engaged in; it is working just as it is meant to. While you may not see it yet, you can feel it. Just as you can't see what a seed will become once planted, you also don't know what your dreams or goals will look like once they come to fruition. However, you plant those seeds with intention, knowing, and faith regardless. Focusing on worry or doubt does no good, so instead, choose to nurture everything with love and faith.
